Wound Cleansing Gel
It provides painless and traumatic dressing changes. With its perforated silicone structure, it gently adapts to the wound contact layer. It provides ultra-tissue protection. The evenly perforated silicone layer protects the new, fragile layer of epidermal cells that contribute to wound healing. It has reliable fluid retention. The superabsorbent particles on top of the foam not only absorb a significant volume of liquid, but reliably continue to bind exudate even under compression. Upright suction pad with polyurethane foam and silicone wound contact layer – minimizes the risk of wound skin maceration. It offers a minimum risk of maceration.
