Huber needles are indicated for the administration of fluids and drugs as well as blood transfusion through blood sampling and an implantable access port.
Huber needles can be used for medium to long term infusion for up to 7 days in the absence of infection, redness, swelling or pain and in accordance with local country or professional guidelines.
